Position
: Administrator (Non-renewal 6-month contract

Department: Economic Development
Division: City Planning - Building Control and Outdoor Advertising
Salary: R8 712 Per Month


Core Responsibilities:

  • Administration of applications for temporal and permanent advertising signs
  • Liaise with applicants regarding applications by using normal communication methods
  • Liaise departmentally regarding services that may be adversely affected by the erection of afore-said structures
  • Address and capture enquiries and complaints
  • Accept payments for application, using relevant computer software to capture payments
  • Sort, distribute record and file sectional correspondence physically to ensure record keeping and proper filing systems
  • Perform general administrative duties

Qualifications


Minimum Requirements
:

  • Grade 12
  • Computer Literacy
  • Communication Skills
